Ceylon Riyal Trading Company Limited was established and incorporated in the year of September 2011, with the purpose of importing quality products and implementing systems of distribution to local markets as well as re-export objectives.

Our duties would include:

# Arranging flights, including air tickets/ travel insurance, and booking hotel accommodation and transportation, car rentals, booking tours and professional advice for the clients on sites of tourist attraction.
# using booking systems to secure holidays
# collecting payments and processing Air Tickets with relevant Airline Agents or Principals.
# Advising clients on travel arrangement requirements e.g. Visas and passports formalities.
# Dispatching air tickets, travel insurance policies to clients as personalized services
# keeping clients up-to-date with any travel plan changes
# Dealing with complaints and refunds in a professional manner.
# If any travel plan needs to be changed, notify the client, and make other arrangements as required suiting clients needs.
# For international travelers, we would offer advice on passport formalities, custom regulations, visas, and money exchange rates etc.
# Using various computer software programs to check various flight dates, timings, and arrange accommodation accordingly and book rental cars.
# Notify customers of any passport issues or other items of concern that may effect travel success, such as medical record requirements or restrictions concerns for overseas travel.
# Collect fees associated with booking of travel arrangements, providing clients with copies of itineraries, and make any required changes if the need arises.
